As if deccorating an apartment balcony isnt hard enough, I of course had to work in my budget of $200.
Now that includes, furniture, decor, rugs, pillows, candles, etc.
And guess what! Luck was on my side today!
With the help of a huge sale at Cost Plus World Market, the ever so cheap prices at IKEA, and a little assistance from good ol' Target, I made it under budget at the great price of $172.59!
